Some famous artist was once asked what his art was trying to say. Infamously he answered, well if I could say it I wouldn’t do the art would I?
I have the grand sum of ten minutes for my net access this time. Ten minutes in the last six weeks. So I leave you with some art and no words.

I like what you did with the two shards of blue very quirky not quiet cubism though.
(chin up bud!)
chin up!? the lad is having a really crappy time and how many of his friends have called to see if he is ok - less than a penny a minute on skype!
Hey JB, just thought I’d let you know I’m thinking about you dude and that I’ve not forgotten you!
Drop me an email with your skype contact name and I’ll give you a chat… or even a mobile number.
Hi Jon,
I sent you a couple of texts in April/May, but haven’t had a reply so far - text me your number when you’ve got a minute.
Like Kai says, we’re thinking of you.
Stupid question time: anyone know how to subscribe to this blog? I can’t find the link…
Cheers,
Jay
Nevermind, found it. It was a stupid question…
Cheers,
Jay
HI. Jon wanted to say thanks for the messages. He can’t get to the web for a while to respond, but wanted me to post his mobile number as he lost most people’s numbers when his first phone blew up. His number is: +233 2491 15816 and I am sure he is more than looking forward to a call (or a text). - oh didn’t mean to be misleading before, it is just under 10p a minute (not 1p)if you call him via skype (never was too good with decimal points!)
Thanks Sharon,
I don’t have a headset at the moment, so texts will have to do. Have you spoken to him? How do you know him, if you don’t mind me asking?
Thanks again,
Jay
Hi Jay, I met Jon on one of the VSO courses (i’m currently in mozambique) but have been in pretty regular touch with him. Textin is quite often, but i spoke to him for a good hour and a half the other week. He’s ok, but hasn’t had the best luck with his placement..(for want of a better way of putting it!)sure he will appreciate the texts!
that green line makes the whole point in this graph! interesting way to say something really short.
Hey mate, I loved reading your blog, some true words spoken by someone who is really experiencing life. There is alot that can be said about that graph though than maybe some have commented; I can see where you are coming from in your writings. Maybe its more of a comment on your views on the place, rather than certain people who give you happiness and satisfaction above what your life previously consisted of.
Hope your well
Hi! I happened upon your blog by misspelling a word in Google. I have read all of your posts. I have always wondered what it would be like to live in an African country, and you’ve given me an excellent idea. I like your wit. While I was reading your first post, I had to double check to make sure I wasn’t reading an excerpt from a published book written in diary form. You really should be a writer. Best of luck on the remainder of your trip!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY JONNY!!!! Hope the face gets better and the rice pudding goes down well!!! Just don’t put a candle in it!
Happy birthday Jon! You share the same birthday as Gary!
Hope we hear from you soon,
Jay
Happy Birthday Sloop John B. =)
Dave
Oh, its your birthday… oops me!
Happy Birthday JB!!
Yeah, I think you should be a writter too. Some of it is so inspirational to read. Witty and funny, especially your part on the chicken that died at your feet, lol ;D
